Why is it so hard to live my divine purpose consistantly?

Why is it so hard to live my divine purpose consistantly?

Heart Chakra

The only struggle while expressing your souls purpose here on earth is when we have conflicting information as to how it is supposed to be carried out. Or sadly in some cases no information.

Our divine purpose is communicated through our heart chakra. We can determine using that chakra how something actually “feels”. It pulls our “heart strings” when something is important for us to recognize. Usually if the message is really important our lower chakras will chime in as well. The heart chakra is the go between for the lower and upper chakras. In a nutshell the lower chakras represent more 3rd dimension denser earthly energy while the upper chakras represent higher dimensional spiritual energy. The heart unites the 2. The heart then combines information from the upper and lower aspects of yourself and lets you know where you stand. The weighing in of your lower self and higher-self is how you get your “highest expression”. Either it aligns with your highest expression or it does not. It is up to you to act accordingly.

So the difficulty in living your divine purpose may be because you do not recognize your heart and its important role in your happiness. When we do not recognize our hearts contribution we blobk ourselves from reciving its wisdom.

Usually the realization of the heart center is blocked because we have been taught that it is not important. Stigmas exist around the heart center as well condemning certain aspects of spirituality and the expression of emotions.

Common memes or situations that block the interpretation of our heart center.

Cults & Religions.
Some religions discourage taking time to center and listen to your heart, they see it as dangerous. Spirituality and prayer is permitted in a distorted controlling fashion but no direct connection to your higher-self or source energy is permitted. It is encouraged to rely on a priest or elder for your connection to the divine. Fear is used to control followers by suggesting that demons or other negative forces are able to hurt you when you try to connect on your own. This cuts the individual off completely and leaves them giving a very large amount of their power/energy to the organization.

Energetically your body creates a cord connecting you to that organization, large portions of your energy are then pushed through the cord to the organization. This energy should be used to focus on the heart then recirculated through the body. Instead of the energy running in a closed system much of the energy is lost as the cord leading the the organization allows for an open system. This is the same basic concept we see in co- dependent relationships. As a result the body becomes starved of energy it needs to carry out its functions, illness’, conflicts, confusion occur as a result.

Close Minded Science
You have been taught that anything to do with trusting your heart is mushy ridiculous or that it lacks scientific proof. You feel as though incorporating the role of the heart would mean losing standing with friends or colleges who are addicted to reason and logic. If your career is in the sciences you may have too much to lose and be threatened by the concept.

When this happens the whole chakra system becomes imbalanced. The mental body becomes bloated tilting and throwing the rhythm of the chakras of. One side of the chakra becomes much larger than the other creating a wobble as it spins. The emotional body becomes squelched and is unable to balance the mental body.

There are many more reasons why the heart goes unheard, these 2 are the most common.

Life Purpose – It’s Not Out There, it’s in Here.

Life purpose – Its Not Out There, it’s in Here.
Iceberg

* When you dream of what you want to do in your life that dream is not something you’ve created as entertainment or wishful thinking, that dream is hinting to you about who you are and what you came to do.

*There is no random waste in the universe. Everything created in your mind contains vital keys as to where you are now and where you are evolving to be.

*At any given moment infinite realities co-exist, the only thing separating you from them is your commitment to tuning in and aligning your with them.

*So when you are fantasizing about your dream life that experience is not juvenile or something to be pushed aside. It is you connecting to a series of vibrations that you are in fact headed towards. The only thing separating you from that dream is your discipline in taking the steps to achieve it. So, your dream is your actual future, and you are having it because it is your soul’s way of reminding you.

*One question that comes up in regards to this explanation is: if our ideal reality is really our future than why does it change? How can it be so many different things?

The answer to that question lies in our ability to interpret vibration. When we are connecting to our higher-self (which is what we are doing when we dream) our higher-self can only give us the imagery of whatever already exists in our vibrational signature (our soul). It shows us whatever we know at this time that resonates with our divine purpse Or in other words our higher-self uses whatever information/experience we have to communicate with us. So your higher- self may show you being an actor that may represent you being an artist and expressing yourself in front of many people. You may not become an actor but in the pursuit of it you discover what you actually love. Your higher-self just used what it could to get you to that point. Many times what you actually end up doing is not something that you can fathom leading up to it. This is because when you live following your heart it is so uniquely tailored to you that there is no reference for it in the world around you. No one is out there living your life, there may be similar aspects and you will be attracted to the people who are expressing a similar reality but ultimately your life expression at its highest will be as unique as your soul.

*In regards to living your divine life it must be acknowledged that many times what you want to be when you grow up as a child becomes a major part of what you will do as a adult should you follow your heart. If you want to be a write, writing will be an important part of your life for personal or professional gain. Whatever you are drawn to as a child provides insight for how to express yourself as an adult.

Comfort in Chaos

Comfort in Chaos.

Fork In the road

On many occasions I been in conversations with people who believe that the support of “New Age” concepts or a god force in general are grasping onto some kind of warm , fuzzy, feel good lie that is a product of the believers weakness and in ability to cope with life.

The belief that we are more than we appear to be and the recognition that there is a structure and flow to the universe becomes a crutch. Some people may be interested but insecure and sheepishly shrug off their divine identity to avoid appearing foolish. Have we closed our minds and denied our own progress in the name of vanity?

As I contemplate this phenomenon further I realize that in the cyclical nature of the universe is at work here, the people patronizing and downplaying the metaphysical community are doing so because they are using their beliefs as a “crutch. They are exhibiting the exact same phenomenon that they are condemming. Their current belief system would be shattered if they were to openly play with esoteric concepts.

Could it be that some individuals condemn the belief of a God force to avoid facing what that would mean for them? What would it mean for some one who has invested a great deal of time, effort and potentially money into a system of beliefs that does not support or acknowledge God? Do we get so invested in our beliefs that the risk seems too high to challenge them?

Could it be that they have a crutch, that they are indeed leaning on a series of beliefs to feel safe? Safety in chaos opposed to safety in god? Have the people who debunked metaphysics actually gone in with an open mind in the first place, or did they go in looking for problems? Hmmm. I know personally that if I want to find a problem I will find one. I also know that when I approach anything with an open mind I learn something.

People can feel safe in chaos just how one may feel safe believing in a god. The truth is there is no difference a “crutch” or “warm fuzzy feeling” can be created when you feel you understand something, you have somehow made peace with the unknown. For some people that is through god for others it is through science or a mix of the two. No matter how you spin it we all create crutches, things to lean on when we don’t fully understand what is going on. It is not that we need crutches that is the tragedy, (believe it or not) creating a warm fuzzy feeling in your life does not make one weak. The true tragedy lies in closing your mind. The tragedy lies in only allowing yourself to see the world according to safe, comfortable belief systems, once that happens your mind can no longer expand, you are no longer learning just reinforcing what you already know.

Maybe its time to ask ourselves: are we seeing the world honestly and openly or does everything just fit into our story? Is what’s happening around you just an excuse to reinforce your paradigms? What’s the difference between finding comfort in “science” and finding comfort in “god”, aren’t they just ideals that we use to explain the world we live in?

So, whether you find comfort in chaos or in one divine source it doesn’t really matter, as they each come from the same place. What does matter is that we all have the courage to open our minds and play with concepts that make us uncomfortable. Its much easier to try to prove something or someone wrong than it is to try to understand it.

Anger

Anger

Anger is a transitional emotion, its purpose is to be a catalyst that moves you towards clarity.

Anger in the bio-energetic field can be seen as jagged energy arcs, much like lightening bolts spiking out of your energetic body. What the anger vibration is doing energetically is shaking up all your frequencies in order to release and bring forth lower energies that no longer serve you.

This edgy, jagged state is hard on your body and uses up a lot of energy, which is why it is a particularly transitional emotion. It is meant to be in for short periods of time in order to gain clarity and understanding. Staying in anger for longer periods of time leads to health problems within the physical, mental emotional and spiritual body.

In a perfect world you would sit with your anger, follow it down into your energetic bodies and allow it to show you what you need to work on. However, anger is misunderstood and as a result in our society anger is shameful, primitive and something to be hidden or pushed down. This is detrimental for our growth and our ability to live healthy lives.

Physical manifestations of anger:

Anger physically feels like a burning sensation. It feels hot. We can see that when people’s faces go red with anger. We use terms that associate heat with anger because we are acknowledging the friction being generated in our energetic feild.

“my blood was boiling”
Often rashes are an expression on the physical body of anger transmuting into irritation which is really the seeds of anger if not addressed.

Un-expressed anger signals the body to begin self destructing, it seems to create a type of escalation to get your attention. In my observations, anger seems to have a path in the body, it seems to come up from the lower chakras and stop at the heart. I am assuming to be expressed by the heart or depending on its nature the throat, probably both. If the anger does not get transmuted by the heart chakra or the throat chakra it reverses and flows down the same path back to the lower chakras, much of the energy balling up in the 3rd chakra. When that passionate anger energy is pushed back down (by default that it was not expressed) it distorts, it becomes destructive.

Ulcers seem to be a direct physical reaction to unexpressed anger .

* (1) Louise Hay has taught this tirelessly in her work “You Can Heal Your Life” where she goes into great depth about the connection between different stages of anger and its effect on the body. However, on a more scientific note an article in * (2) The Journal of Biobehavioral Medicine seems to connect anger to the production of higher volumes of hydrochloric acid, this excess of acid “eats away” at tissue essentially creating an environment of self destruction. I like this example because it is talking about the stomach or the 3rd chakra often times anger will become stuck there as it is unable to be utilized through the transformational 4th Chakra.

So it seems if we do not find ways to express/ transmute our anger the energy becomes distorted and creates physical dis-ease in the body. There is still much to be said about the different faces of anger (irritation, rage, frustration, passive anger etc) and its toll on the physical body but that will have to be for another time.

Mental body’s response to anger:

The mental body becomes circular when anger is being expressed. The emotional body is becoming dominate and the mental body is responding by bringing forth mental reactions that are parallel to the emotional body’s anger. Or in other words the emotional body is becoming dominate by expressing intense emotional responses to a stimuli. The mental body then usually (unless someone is very aware of the process) plays whatever tapes it has been programmed to play. This is a cyclical process unless the person can become aware and override the tapes and transmute the emotion. The intense fluctuations of the emotional body over rules the mental clarity and objectivity. The mental body goes into auto pilot and runs whatever program it has available for that corresponding emotional problem. The challenge of this situation is to initiate your mental body and stop it from looping its subconscious tapes and get it to use reason and logic to create awareness and objectivity.

For exapmle say the emotional stimuli is finding a phone number in your partners pocket. This stimuli hits a resonance inside you where a similar situation has occurred and you were hurt. Ultimately this experience never healed and you never released it from your frequency. This experience left unhealed became and area of distortion in your feild, leaving any situations that resonate with that experience to ignite this unhealed distortion, bringing it to your attention ( unhealed wounds are sort of like; bits of velcro waiting to latch onto an experience in order to get sorted out. The emotional body (where passion is felt) is your connection to your experience and is timeless; it becomes activated as if it were yesterday. Your mental body is then triggered and accesses the reasoning that supports the emotional body. Ultimately you to express anger towards your partner even though there is not logically enough information to do so.

The trick is to not only be aware of the anger and watch it, because we can watch ourselves act rediculous and still not change our behavior or our feelings about the issue, but take action. Use your mental body to balance the emotional body through logic, reason and deduction thats why its there. When you are triggered consciously act in ways that do not fuel the anger (affirmations are great to introduce a new direction) this will make new productive mental tapes as well.
Anger is a distortion of passion.

Emotional body’s expression of anger:

The emotional body is like a flame. It is responsive to all the elements and when introduced to a combustible stimulus explosive. These flares serve a purpose, they give us the opportunity to express and transmute that ignited energy. Now the emotional body responds with 2 basic reactions Love or fear, anger is a typical fear based emotional expression. Anger in regards to the emotional body is a signal it is a red flag, it indicates that there is a behavioral pattern that is not aligned with who you really are. Our emotional body shows us this so we can take responsibility and rebalance our system.

The emotional body recieves its stimulus from the conscious, subconscious and spirit mind, it does not know the difference between past and present it just expresses emotion according to your congruence to your higher-self (source energy). Anger represents the fact that you are holding onto a belief system that is not in accordance with your highest expression of yourself. Your emotional body is receiving a distortion of your energy due to that backwards belief system and you interpret that emotion and anger (pain). The emotional body just shows you how energy FEELS as it is moving through your system. If the energy is running through a belief system that is not congruent with source you FEEL it. The emotional body has no filters it only expresses your energetic system the way you are running it, it is a mirror.

Spiritual body’s expression of anger:

In the higher echelons of our spiritual body, anger is not experienced as it is here as the farther we go up into our ethereal body polarity decreases. For the purposes of understanding the spiritual body’s expression of anger we have to look at where the spiritual body overlaps with the other subtle body’s. The spiritual body contains information from past experiences (including past lives) that provide the triggers for anger to be expressed. The spirit body does this in order to create an opportunity to clear karma and release as many unhealed frequencies a possible. The spirit body does this to fuel our ascension and expansion and growth. The spiritual body is the bridge to our higher-self it allows us to have a reference point for when we are dealing with our anger, it puts it in perspective. Anger, to the spirit body, is the catalyst that helps you realize you need healing.

Dark Night of The Soul

Dark night of the Soul.

Transformation

Saint John of the cross coined the term “dark night of the soul” in the 17th century, he said that “the endurance of darkness is preparation for great light.”

During my most recent “dark night” While meditating I saw a swirling of energy dancing in my lowest chakra. My higher-self whom I haven’t heard from in a while told me that all my energy is just zoomed in focused on a weak point and will zoom out as my perspective is about to change. Once the the adjustment is made you see the world through new eyes and experience the gifts of new sight. My energy was deeply focused in one area of my energetic body it was drawing out and cleansing belief systems that were no longer serving me. During a dark night of the soul our subtle energy bodies draw in the majority of our energy which is used to bring forward ibelif systems that lower our vibrational frequency. Or in other words our energy (which we prefer to use for action and manifesting) has now turned its tide inward to pull low vibrational aspects of ourself out and prepare for expansion. Energetically you are resting and cleaning and setting the foundation for action and expansion.

What can I do to get the most out of this process?

Be present. Turn your attention inward try to feel where your releasing is focused. What chakra(s)? Ask yourself what issues could I be releasing in in regards to this particular chakra? Write them down take responsibility for them and ground them, this shifts the energy to be released quicker. Being conscious of what belief systems you are needing to let go shortens the cycle and allows you to have a deeper understanding and help others. However just being trusting and peaceful during this process affirms and allows issues to surface and be released.

What can I do to speed up this process?
Endurance and patience seem to be key lessons in this drought period and trying to rush the process will only create further frustration. That said, surrendering and recognizing that its time to turn inward is the best way to minimize frustration. Pushing against this process by forcing action, drinking or doing drugs will only intensify and lengthen the process.

How long does it last?
As long as it takes to release the belief systems that no longer serve you. It all depends on the individuals life chart and their dedication to their own expansion. Some individuals enjoy their inward contraction, to them it is permission to rest and create on a different level. On the other hand some people refuse to see themselves honestly so much that they constantly live in the drone of a dark night. When this happens they create joy and excitement in external false ways and rely on distractions, often times they no longer have a reference point for their natural joy.

Can the dark night of the soul it be avoided?

Expansion and contraction are natural forces in the universe, each one the opposite and the support for the other. They are what creates progress in this schoolhouse called Earth. Contraction periods or the dark night of the soul are only difficult when you are expecting an expansion period. Action is valued more in our society than stillness so it is natural that we would not honor this process. So, the contraction period cannot be avoided. We can however “shift gears” and slow down and go with the flow and absorb the beauty of the process. It is in the contraction that we get to really define how graceful we are and how “spiritual” we are.

Here are some key points in understanding and gracefully enduring the darkest nights.

* The dark night seems lonely because the way you communicate with the higher aspects of yourself is changing. You look face to face with a big pattern that is holding you back.

* You are in the process of setting a new foundation to expand upon. This new foundation provides fresh inspiration for you and your contributions to the world. This time is just as important and the busy expansion based periods of your life.

* Surrender and acceptance, inner change not action is the seguay into your recovery and birth into a higher existence. If we experience a “dark night of the soul” the least productive thing to do is to try to force action. We naturally try to push action steps as we have been programmed to do instead of be by society.

* In our world where action motion and constant progress is favored surviving the darknight of the soul can become exaggerated and misunderstood.

* The dark night seems to remind us that we are not in control.

* The dark night of the soul is a contraction it represents the divine feminine it represents movement inward. Your energy must mirror this movement if you want to move in step with your natural progression. Dark night of the soul is your break, it is your time to slow down, to rest, to regroup.

* Allow the dust to settle, allow your energy to sit for a while so it can begin your new leg of outward productivity.

* During a dark night of the soul your energetic body becomes inverted drawing your attention inward. The inward movement of your energy is gathering information, experiences and lower vibrational energy that needs to be released before expansion can happen.

* Releasing occurs whether or not you are conscious of it, however, if you fight the process you may begin to feel distorted emotions like depression and frustration.

Rest, as you will need it for the new life that is already happening inside of you right now. Soon it will surface and you will wish you had surrendered sooner. Maybe if you slow down just enough you will feel the progress inside you and realize that energy is only being pulled back to fire and peak again.
